Function summary

        The robot automatic copper pipe tensile testing machine is mainly composed of electronic universal testing machine, hydraulic flat push clamp, oil source, video extensometer, loading robot, sample rack, punch plug device, weighing length measuring device and electrical control system,It is mainly used for automatic measurement of batch tensile properties of copper pipes,It can automatically measure tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of copper tube samples。After the sample is sent by hand, the fixed length is cut first (copper pipe finishing machine), and the hard pipe needs to be punched with the plug core, and then the external weighing length measuring device is used to measure the corresponding size data into the system, and the corresponding storage location is allocated by the system。After the work preparation before the test is completed, the sample is placed on the sample rack in an orderly manner, and then the test can begin。The loading manipulator will hold the sample in an orderly way to weigh and measure the length, and then send the sample to the hydraulic flat push pair clamp. The test starts from the clamp clamping the sample. During the test, the video extensor will automatically track the deformation of the sample。After the test, the robot will catch the sample in the corresponding recovery car according to whether the test data is qualified or not。
