Function summary:
MFI series melt flow rate tester (also known as melt index meter) is a special instrument for measuring the melt flow rate of thermoplastics under certain conditions。
The melt flow rate (melt index) of thermoplastics refers to the mass or melt volume of the melt through the standard die every 10 minutes at a certain temperature and load, expressed by the MFR (MI) or MVR value。The test is mainly used for the quality inspection and storage inspection of raw materials and products of thermoplastics and chemical fibers。
The machine has wide measuring range, easy cleaning, small size and abundant accessories, which can meet the needs of different test conditions;Equipment measurement range from 0.1g/10min to 2000g/10min, wide measurement range;The new design is adopted on the furnace, and the inlet part is designed with funnel shape, which makes the feeding process simple;The die support plate can be disassembled to effectively avoid the stuck caused by sample accumulation。
